Multi-Use 80-Acre Complex
William A Rice athletic complex is a multi-use 80-acre complex located on Emerald Street in Wrentham, MA. The facility boasts a full-size baseball field, softball fields, multi-purpose fields, volleyball courts, walking and jogging trails, as well as the main office for the Wrentham Recreation Department. Tri-Valley Irrigation’s involvement with the facility began in 2004 by providing irrigation master planning and design services for the project during the design and engineering phase. The first phase of the project was constructed by a general contractor. Subsequent design/build additions to the facility, based upon our original master plan, have been completed by TVI. In the last decade, we have added approximately 54 zones of irrigation creating acres of new playing fields. Our involvement continues to this day in a service and construction capacity as the facility continues to grow.
The Town Of Wrentham Recreation and Parks Department has utilized the expertise of Tri-Valley Irrigation for the past 20+ years. Chris Boylan and his staff have always been professional and knowledgeable throughout my 18 years taking care of William A. Rice Athletic Complex and Sweatt Recreation Complex. TVI has managed over 100 zones of irrigation without a hitch over this period of time, as well as creating new structures and plans for our facilities' growing needs. Chris and his crew also understand the need to create an “A” level facility. If you have been able to visit our facilities in Wrentham, you will see the finished product of Tri-Valley’s labor.
